Principle：
This equipment is composed of two pulverizer, a vortex collecting
mechanism, a complete set of electrical devices, etc. The pulverizers
are composed of frame, main motor, stepless speed variable motor,
feed mechamism, adjusting mechanism and a motive grinding dish,
a fixed grinding dish, etc. Through the comparative motion of
two dishes, the materials are cut, ground and pulverized. The
temperature can be controlled effectively by air or water cooling
devices. Stepless speed variable feeder is adopted to adjust
the feed speed according to different materials and so that
to gain the ideal output and quality. The produced powder is
collected and took away through the vortex collecting mechanism,
no powder leakage during the whole process.
Advantages: small in size, low noise, high productivity,
low energy waste, easy to operate, disassemble and assemble,
no pollution. The powder produced is uniform and fine in granularity
and has burrs which helps to be combined with other materials.
